Le jury de l\u0027examen est seul compétent pour formuler les questions de l\u0027examen, déterminer leur qualité, leur validité scientifique et s\u0027assurer de leur adéquation au niveau de difficulté souhaité par le législateur. Le Conseil d\u0027État ne peut, pour statuer sur un moyen mettant en cause les questions de l\u0027examen, substituer son appréciation à celle du jury, sauf à censurer une erreur manifeste d\u0027appréciation.
En soutenant qu\u0027une question aurait dû être neutralisée ou que, pour une question, plusieurs distracteurs auraient dû être valorisés sans soutenir qu\u0027en ne le faisant pas le jury aurait commis une erreur manifeste d\u0027appréciation, le moyen invite le Conseil d\u0027Etat à substituer son appréciation à celle du jury, ce pour quoi...
