Gelet op het advies van de Inspecteur van Financiën, gegeven op 14 juli 2021;
Gelet op het advies van de Raad van State 71.535/4 van 15 juni 2022
Op de voordracht van de Vice-eersteminister en Minister van Financiën, belast met de Coördinatie van de fraudebestrijding en de Nationale Loterij,

De Nationale Loterij NV van publiek recht wordt gemachtigd om haar dochteronderneming Scooore NV te kunnen betrekken bij de uitvoering van de taken van openbare dienst inzake weddenschappen zoals vermeld in artikel 40 van het vierde beheerscontract gesloten tussen de Staat en de Nationale Loterij NV van publiek recht en...
