21 DECEMBER 2022. - Ministerieel besluit tot verlenging van het ministerieel besluit tot vaststelling van een soortenbeschermingsprogramma voor de vroedmeesterpad
Rechtsgronden
Dit besluit is gebaseerd op:
- het decreet van 21 oktober 1997 betreffende het natuurbehoud en het natuurlijk milieu, artikel 7, vervangen bij het decreet van 19 juli 2002 en gewijzigd bij het decreet van 12 december 2008, artikel 9, vervangen bij het decreet van 19 juli 2002 en gewijzigd bij de decreten van 12 december 2008, 9 mei 2014 en 18 december 2015, artikel 51, vervangen bij het decreet van 19 juli 2002 en gewijzigd bij het decreet van 30 april 2004, artikel 53, § 3, en artikel 56, vervangen bij het decreet van 19 juli 2002 en gewijzigd bij de decreten van 7 december 2007 en 12 juli 2013;
- het Soortenbesluit van 15 mei 2009, artikel 19, gewijzigd bij het besluit van 17 juni 2016, artikel 20, artikel 21 en 22, gewijzigd bij het besluit van 17 juni 2016, artikel 24, gewijzigd bij het besluit van 17 juni 2016, en artikel 25 tot en met 27;
- het Ministerieel Besluit tot vaststelling van een soortenbeschermingsprogramma voor de vroedmeesterpad van 11 december 2017.
Vormvereiste
De volgende vormvereiste is vervuld:
- De Inspectie van Financiën heeft advies gegeven op 5 december 2022.

Dit besluit is gebaseerd op de volgende motieven:
- Het SBP vroedmeesterpad voorziet de resterende Vlaamse populaties te versterken door leefgebiedherstel en bijplaatsing van opgekweekte larven na ex-situ kweek. De lopende...
