21 DECEMBER 2022. - Koninklijk besluit tot ontslag en benoeming van leden van de Wetenschappelijke Raad, ingesteld bij het Federaal agentschap voor beroepsrisico's

Aan allen die nu zijn en hierna wezen zullen, Onze Groet.
Gelet op de wetten betreffende de preventie van beroepsziekten en de vergoeding van de schade die uit die ziekten voortvloeit, gecoördineerd op 3 juni 1970, artikel 17;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 25 februari 2007 tot vaststelling van de samenstelling van de Wetenschappelijke Raad en de oprichting van Medische Commissies bij Fedris en tot bepaling van het bedrag van de vergoedingen en presentiegelden toegekend aan de voorzitter en de leden van deze verschillende organen, artikel 2;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 23 maart 2019 tot hernieuwing van de mandaten van de Wetenschappelijke Raad, ingesteld bij het Federaal agentschap voor beroepsrisico's;
Op de voordracht van de Minister van Sociale Zaken,
Hebben Wij besloten en besluiten Wij :
Artikel 1. Er wordt eervol ontslag verleend uit het mandaat van lid van de Wetenschappelijke Raad van het Federaal agentschap voor beroepsrisico's aan:
- Dhr. VOLCKAERTS Alfred, effectief lid in de hoedanigheid van arts gespecialiseerd inzake beroepsziekten, verbonden aan de Algemene Directie Toezicht op het Welzijn op het Werk van de Federale Overheidsdienst Werk-gelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg;
- Mevr. HANSENNE Catherine, effectief lid in de hoedanigheid van arts gespecialiseerd inzake beroepsziekten, verbonden aan de Algemene Directie Toezicht op het Welzijn op het Werk van de Federale Overheidsdienst Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg;
- Mevr. LYSENS Katrien, plaatsvervangende lid in de hoedanigheid van arts gespecialiseerd inzake beroepsziekten, verbonden aan de Algemene Directie Toezicht op het Welzijn op het Werk van de Federale Overheidsdienst Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg.
