20 DECEMBRE 2022. - Arrêté ministériel reprenant les entreprises sociales d'insertion mandatées pour la réalisation d'un programme d'insertion tel que défini à l'article 15 paragraphe 2 de l'ordonnance du 23 juillet 2018 relative à l'agrément et au soutien des entreprises sociales en 2023
Le Ministre de l'Emploi,
Vu l'ordonnance du 23 juillet 2018 relative à l'agrément et au soutien des entreprises sociales, articles 14 et 15 ;
Vu l'arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale du 16 mai 2019 relatif au mandat et compensation des entreprises sociales d'insertion, article 3 ;
Vu la publication de l'appel à mandatement au Moniteur belge en date du 7 mars 2022 ;
Vu les avis favorables du Comité de gestion d'Actiris du 7 juillet 2022 ;
Vu les avis favorables du Conseil consultatif de l'entrepreneuriat social du 9 septembre 2022,
Arrête :
Article 1er. En application de l'article 3 § 5 de l'arrêté du Gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale du 16 mai 2019 relatif au mandat et compensation des entreprises sociales d'insertion, le Ministre a octroyé aux entreprises suivantes un mandat pour la réalisation d'un programme d'insertion tel que défini à l'article 15 paragraphe 2 de l'ordonnance du 23 juillet 2018 relative à l'agrément et au soutien des entreprises sociales :
Arpaije ASBL, numéro d'entreprise 0435.786.752, mandatée pour le projet " HORECA » ;
Bouillon de Cultures ASBL, numéro d'entreprise 0424.319.867, mandatée pour le projet " Central » ;
D'Broej ASBL, numéro d'entreprise 0807.407.808, mandatée pour le projet " All Inclusive » ;
De Kaai ASBL, numéro d'entreprise 0458.357.068, mandatée pour le projet " Horeca in De Kaai » ;
Episol ASBL, numéro d'entreprise 0631.967.569, mandatée pour le projet " Epicerie sociale » ;
Espace Enfance ASBL, numéro d'entreprise 0465.275.544, mandatée pour le projet " Roseraie » ;
