2. MAI 2019 - Dekret zur Abänderung des Dekrets vom 26. Mai 2016 über die Wiedergutmachung bestimmter Schäden, die durch allgemeine Naturkatastrophen entstanden sind (1)
Das Wallonische Parlament hat Folgendes angenommen, und Wir, Wallonische Regierung, sanktionieren es:
Artikel 1 - In Kapitel V des Dekrets vom 26. Mai 2016 über die Wiedergutmachung bestimmter Schäden, die durch allgemeine Naturkatastrophen entstanden sind, wird der Titel von Abschnitt 3 durch Folgendes ersetzt:
"Festlegung der Schadensersatzzahlung".
Art. 2 - Artikel 16 desselben Dekrets wird aufgehoben.
Art. 3 - Artikel 12 des Gesetzes vom 12. Juli 1976 über die Wiedergutmachung bestimmter durch Naturkatastrophen an Privatgütern verursachter Schäden wird aufgehoben.
Art. 4 - Das vorliegende Dekret tritt an dem von der Regierung festgelegten Datum und spätestens am 1. Juli 2019 in Kraft.
Wir verkünden das vorliegende Dekret und ordnen an, dass es im Belgischen Staatsblatt veröffentlicht wird.
