2 JUNI 2022. - Besluit van de Waalse Regering tot wijziging van het besluit van de Waalse Regering van 11 juni 2020 tot benoeming van de leden van het bureau van het beheerscomité van het 'Institut wallon de formation en alternance et des indépendants et petites et moyennes entreprises' (Waals Instituut voor alternerende opleiding zelfstandigen en kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen)
De Waalse Regering,
Gelet op het decreet van 17 juli 2003 houdende instemming met het aanhangsel van 4 juni 2003 tot wijziging van het samenwerkingsakkoord gesloten op 20 februari 1995 door de Franse Gemeenschapscommissie en het Waalse Gewest in verband met de permanente vorming van de middenstand en de kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen en de voogdij over het "Institut wallon de formation permanente pour les classes moyennes et les petites et moyennes entreprises" (Waals Instituut voor permanente vorming van middenstand en de kleine en grote ondernemingen);
Gelet op het decreet van 17 juli 2003 tot oprichting van een "Institut wallon de formation en alternance et des indépendants et petites et moyennes entreprises", de artikelen 8 en 9;
Gelet op het decreet van 12 februari 2004 betreffende het statuut van de overheidsbestuurder voor de aangelegenheden geregeld krachtens artikel 138 van de Grondwet, artikel 18bis;
Gelet op het besluit van de Waalse Regering van 11 juni 2020 tot benoeming van de leden van het beheerscomité van het "Institut wallon de formation en alternance et des indépendants et petites et moyennes entreprises" (Waals instituut voor alternerende opleiding zelfstandigen en kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen), zoals gewijzigd;
