Bij besluit van 17 januari 2023 van de gouverneur van de provincie West-Vlaanderen wordt artikel 2 van het besluit van de gemeenteraad van gemeente De Panne dd. 24 oktober 2022 getiteld `Deontologische code voor raadsleden. Vaststelling' vernietigd.
