16. DEZEMBER 2021 - Ministerieller Erlass zur Übertragung von Mitteln zwischen dem Programm 02 des Organisationsbereichs 11 und dem Programm 31 des Organisationsbereichs 16 des allgemeinen Ausgabenhaushaltsplanes der Wallonischen Region für das Haushaltsjahr 2021
Der Minister für Klima, Energie und Mobilität,
Der Minister für Haushalt, Finanzen, Flughäfen und Sportinfrastrukturen,
Die Ministerin für den öffentlichen Dienst, Datenverarbeitung, administrative Vereinfachung, beauftragt mit den Bereichen Kindergeld, Tourismus, Erbe und Verkehrssicherheit,
Aufgrund des Dekrets vom 15. Dezember 2011 zur Organisation des Haushaltsplans, der Buchführung und der Berichterstattung der wallonischen öffentlichen Verwaltungseinheiten, insbesondere des Artikels 26;
Aufgrund des Dekrets vom 17. Dezember 2020 zur Festlegung des allgemeinen Ausgabenhaushaltsplanes der Wallonischen Region für das Haushaltsjahr 2021, insbesondere des Artikels 9;
Aufgrund des Dekrets vom 15. Juli 2021 zur ersten Anpassung des allgemeinen Ausgabenhaushaltsplanes der Wallonischen Region für das Haushaltsjahr 2021;
Aufgrund der am 26. November 2021 abgegebenen Stellungnahme der Finanzinspektion;
In Erwägung der Notwendigkeit, Verpflichtungs- und Ausgabeermächtigungen auf den Basisartikel 11.03 des Programms 02 des Organisationsbereichs 11 des allgemeinen Ausgabenhaushaltsplanes der Wallonischen Region für das Haushaltsjahr 2021 zu übertragen, um zusätzliche VZÄ des Life Be Réel-Projekts finanzieren,
Beschließen:
Artikel 1 - Es werden Verpflichtungs- und Ausgabeermächtigungen in Höhe von 120.000 EUR vom Programm 31 des Organisationsbereichs 16 auf das Programm 02 des Organisationsbereichs 11 übertragen.
