Der folgende Text ist die deutsche Übersetzung des Gesetzes vom 15. Mai 2022 zur Abänderung des Gesetzes vom 27. April 2018 zur Festlegung von Ordnungsbestimmungen in Sachen Eisenbahn im Hinblick auf die Einführung eines vollständigen Rauchverbots auf Bahnsteigen.

Die Abgeordnetenkammer hat das Folgende angenommen und Wir sanktionieren es:
Artikel 1 - Vorliegendes Gesetz regelt eine in Artikel 74 der Verfassung erwähnte Angelegenheit.

2 - In Artikel 8 Nr. 5 des Gesetzes vom 27. April 2018 zur Festlegung von Ordnungsbestimmungen in Sachen Eisenbahn werden die Wörter "auf Bahnsteigen unter freiem Himmel und" aufgehoben.
