13 MEI 2022. - Decreet over vervangende eindtermen en vervangende specifieke eindtermen in de tweede en derde graad van het secundair onderwijs, op initiatief van de Federatie Steinerscholen Vlaanderen vzw (1)
Het VLAAMS PARLEMENT heeft aangenomen en Wij, REGERING, bekrachtigen hetgeen volgt:
Decreet over vervangende eindtermen en vervangende specifieke eindtermen in de tweede en derde graad van het secundair onderwijs, op initiatief van de Federatie Steinerscholen Vlaanderen vzw
Artikel 1. Dit decreet regelt een gemeenschapsaangelegenheid.
Art. 2. De aanvraag van vervangende eindtermen en vervangende specifieke eindtermen in de tweede en derde graad van het secundair onderwijs die is ingediend door de Federatie Steinerscholen Vlaanderen vzw, Gitschotellei 188 in 2140 Borgerhout, is ontvankelijk. De vervangende eindtermen en de vervangende specifieke eindtermen worden gelijkwaardig verklaard.
Art. 3. De vervangende eindtermen voor de tweede en derde graad zijn opgenomen in bijlage 1, die bij dit decreet is gevoegd.
De vervangende specifieke eindtermen voor de derde graad Rudolf Steiner- pedagogie zijn opgenomen in bijlage 2, die bij dit decreet is gevoegd.
Art. 4. Dit decreet treedt in werking op 1 september 2022 voor het eerste leerjaar van de tweede graad en op 1 september 2023 voor het tweede leerjaar van de tweede graad.
Dit decreet treedt voor het eerste en respectievelijk het tweede leerjaar van de derde graad in werking op de inwerkingtredingsdatum, bedoeld in artikel 24...
