Gelet op de Grondwet, artikelen 37 en 107, tweede lid;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 15 januari 2007 betreffende de mobiliteit van de statutaire ambtenaren in het federaal administratief openbaar ambt, artikelen 35 en 39;
Gelet op het koninklijk besluit van 22 februari 2017 houdende oprichting van de Federale Overheidsdienst Beleid en Ondersteuning;
Gelet op het advies van de Inspecteur van financiën, geaccrediteerd bij de Minister van Economie en Werk, gegeven op 16 september 2022;
Gelet op het advies van de Inspecteur van financiën, geaccrediteerd bij de Minister van Ambtenarenzaken, gegeven op 2 augustus 2022;
Gelet op de akkoordbevinding van de Staatssecretaris van Begroting, gegeven op 24 november 2022;
Overwegende de beslissing van de Ministerraad van 19 december 2013 om de personeelsleden van de federale overheidsdiensten die tewerk gesteld zijn bij het Directoraat-generaal PersoPoint in eerste instantie ter beschikking te stellen en nadien via ambtshalve mobiliteit over te dragen;
Overwegende de beslissing van de Ministerraad van 4 maart 2016 tot gefaseerde verplichte centralisatie van de loon- en personeelsadministratie van alle federale diensten die gebruik maken van de loonadministratie van de Federale Overheidsdienst Beleid en Ondersteuning - Directoraat-generaal PersoPoint;
Overwegende de beslissing van de Ministerraad van 10 maart 2017 inzake de overdrachtsmodaliteiten van personeel naar de Federale overheidsdienst Beleid en Ondersteuning, Directoraat - generaal PersoPoint;
